Scroll paintings

Solo exhibition at Jay Gallery

Some photos of my show at the Jay Gallery in Seoul.

Scenes from Seoul

Some photos of downtown Seoul and my neighborhood, the Seodaemun district. The last pictures are of a storefront in downtown Seoul covered with signs protesting the tenants' eviction, and above them, some old signs in hangul (Korean writing), the ruins of a hanok (traditional Korean house) and odds and ends.

Exhibition at Dobaebacsa Project Space in Seoul

The owner, Inmo Yuon, hadn't finished the building when we opened the show -- the window arrived the next day. And yes, the wall bisects the space at an angle. I hung two paintings in the triangular space; more than that would have been too much.
